Outside the bank on the ground next to the ATM machine. It was ripped in half perfectly, like someone had to purposely cut it in half with something it was very precise. Well, I took it into the bank and asked to get it replaced and they accepted it, no questions asked, and gave me a new 20 dollar bill to replace it. Yay!
